Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Through Google sign-in we receive your name, email address and profile photo, used for display and to identify you.

We receive the document photos and PDFs you upload for analysis.

We store the analysis results (text such as document type, sender, amounts, deadlines and steps to take), your "done" marks, and the calendar events you added.

To enforce the free monthly limit, we record how many analyses each account runs per month. Deleting documents does not reset that month’s count.

2. How document photos are handled

Document photos are used only for analysis and are not stored on ShoruiMate servers.

For analysis they are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, Claude API) and processed under its data policies.

3. Where results are stored

So you can see them on both your computer and phone, analysis results are stored on our server (Cloudflare), linked to your Google account email. Only you can see them.

When you delete a document or choose "Delete all" in the app, it is removed from our server immediately. Otherwise we keep it until you delete it.

The small preview images in your list are never sent to our server; they stay in the browser of the device you uploaded from.

4. Google Calendar

Only deadlines you choose with "Add to calendar" are added to your primary Google Calendar. We do not read or change other events.

You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings.

5. Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
